After honing her skills as a barista and receptionist, Kiki pursued her career as a Thai cooking instructor. She believes that self-cooking is more satisfying and healthier, and takes pride in sharing her knowledge of Thai cuisine with others. Kiki is dedicated to providing her undivided attention to all her guests, guiding them step-by-step through the cooking process. Her infectious energy and warm personality make her an interesting person to be around, and in her free time, she enjoys exploring new recipes, reading food blogs, and experimenting with different flavors in the kitchen. Her ultimate goal is to make Thai cuisine accessible to people from all walks of life and inspire them to cook their own meals.

Ann is a highly skilled Thai cooking instructor from Ayutthaya, whose passion for sharing Thai culture through cuisine was instilled in her by her parents and grandparents. She honed her skills by cooking for American and Canadian employers and later became a freelance instructor for foreigners, loving the feeling of appreciation when people enjoyed her food. She now teaches at Grandma's Home Cooking School, where she brings her expert knowledge and infectious enthusiasm to her students, emphasizing the fineness of flavours, delicacy of the process, and elegance of presentation. Ann's motto, "food is life," reflects her belief that food is the perfect medium to convey culture and traditions, especially when it comes to Thai cuisine. Her dedication to teaching has made her a sought-after instructor, respected by her peers and beloved by her students, who benefit from her expert knowledge and ability to convey the joy of cooking.

Tay is a passionate Thai cooking instructor who works at Grandma's Home Cooking School. She inherited her cooking skills from her parents and loves spending time cooking with her family. Although she used to work for a hotel, she decided to pursue her passion for cooking and became a Thai cooking instructor. Tay's motivation is to expand traditional Thai cooking knowledge and convey Thai culture through her cuisine. She stands out in her cooking classes by providing the best attention, knowledge, and instruction to all of her guests equally with joy and true passion. Tay believes that Thai cooking processes are not absolute, and she provides substitute ingredients information for those who would try to cook their own Thai food in their home country. Her joy comes from when her guests or students enjoy their own cooking, and the key to her teaching is to give them a chance to try the original Thai dishes and then adapt them to their own preferences. With Tay's guidance, nothing is impossible in Thai cuisine, and anyone can learn to cook it in their own way.

Noii is a passionate Thai cooking instructor at Grandma's Home Cooking School, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes. Born and raised in Thailand, she has always had a deep appreciation for Thai cuisine and its cultural significance. Her love for cooking started at a young age when she would help her grandmother in the kitchen, learning traditional recipes and techniques that have been passed down for generations. After working in restaurants in the Netherlands and Brunei for over a decade, Noii returned to Thailand during the Covid-19 pandemic and joined Grandma's Home Cooking School. Her natural teaching style and ability to adapt her recipes to suit her students' preferences quickly made her a beloved instructor. Noii believes that the keys to Thai cooking are tradition, culture, and ingredients, and takes great pride in sharing this knowledge with her students. Her personal joy in her job comes from seeing her students cook their own dishes and enjoy their creations, as she believes that each dish reflects Thai culture and our way of life since our ancestors. With Noii as their instructor, students at Grandma's Home Cooking School are sure to have an unforgettable culinary experience.

Bryan is an indy-spirited Thai cooking instructor. Earlier in his career, he worked for several 5 stars hotels after graduating from a vocational education institute in hospitality. Then, he  found his true calling at Grandma's Home Cooking School since he loves teaching and interacting with people. He believes that the keys to mastering Thai cuisine are simplicity and understanding the ingredients. Bryan's attention to detail is impeccable, and his teaching style is a unique blend of structure and flexibility. He teaches his students the original recipes first and then encourages them to experiment with their own unique twists, with the motto "Your dish, Your Choice." His classes are filled with laughter, joy, and the aroma of exotic Thai spices. Bryan's passion for cooking and teaching shines through in every lesson, where his students not only learn how to cook delicious Thai dishes but also gain an appreciation for the culture and history behind the cuisine. Rachael is a proud Thai cooking instructor at Grandma's Home Cooking School who has a deep passion for sharing her cultural heritage through food. She had an opportunity to join the international exchange programme when she was in high school, she got the idea of sharing her culture through Thai cuisine. Then, having acquired her cooking skills from Thai Professional Cookery and gone to the Management programme for Thai Restaurants, Rachael decided to become a Thai cooking instructor. Her career path not only provides her with the opportunity to expand Thai culture and tradition through dishes but also to preserve Thai culture, cuisine, and ways of life for the next generation and worldwide. Rachael believes that food is the easiest way to digest and understand a culture, which is why she not only teaches the techniques of Thai cooking but also the philosophy and values behind each dish. Rachael takes great joy in watching her guests relish the food and have a great time together, and her love for her craft and culture shines through in every dish.
